Terms of Service

Service Terms

These terms govern your access to and use of LaserData managed and BYOC services, APIs, dashboards, and related software. By using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, distribute malicious code, abuse shared infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. We may suspend access to protect platform integrity, customer workloads, and security.

Shared Security Responsibility

LaserData secures the control plane and platform services. Customers are responsible for account credentials, workload configuration, and the data they send through the platform. BYOC deployments also require customer-side cloud policy governance.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

For enterprise plans, a DPA can be executed to define processing scope, subprocessors, breach notification terms, and regional compliance controls. Contact our team to request the current DPA package.

SLA and Support

Availability commitments, support response targets, and service credit terms are defined in your executed order form and plan-level SLA. Commercial terms in your contract supersede generic terms where applicable.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be announced through appropriate customer channels before taking effect.
